Decay, full movie



CERN, zombies what could be better? This was shot at the CERN`s Large Hadron Collider facility.

Synopsis:


"DECAY is a zombie film made and set at the LHC, by physics PhD students. It will be released free online on the 8th of December, under a Creative Commons license.

Trapped underground at the world's largest particle accelerator, a group of students make a deadly discovery."

This contact lens has a display in it




Switching of a contact lens shaped display. The contact lens is still transparent but is able to modulate the transmitted light using LCD technology. Direct applications could be medical, as an artificial iris, or cosmetic, as an iris with tunable color, or it just could serve as a gimmick. The dollar sign is a reference to the many cartoons featuring people/figures with dollars in their eyes :)

Motorcyclist crashes off cliff and survives



Ouch, this has got to hurt. This guy hits what looks like a dirt curb and bounces across 2 lanes and goes off of a cliff, luckily he survived.
