PopFab: briefcase sized fabrication machine

MIT researchers Ilan Moyer and Nadya Peek have created a briefcase sized fabricator that can create almost anything, even a duplicate of itself.
It`s basically a multi-purpose tool, a CNC mill, a precision cutter, and a 3D printer. The possibilities for a device such as this are endless.
