Astronaut conveys the complexities of space photography

Donald Pettit speaks at Luminance 2012 from on Vimeo.

In this video astronaut Donald Pettit describes that zero g photography is inherently different than Earth based photography, along with the artistic and environmental factors that affect each shot.
I like the fact that he touches upon the fact of using a modified Nikon D35 to capture IR images, as well as the complexities of minimizing reflections when taking images through the space stations windows.

long video but if you`re a photography buff this will definitely be of interest
