This is a one piece 3D printed crossbow



Lots of interesting things are being made (or printed) using 3D printers. Take this crossbow for example, printed entirely in one piece, including the trigger and catch. The only part that was not printed was the string.

This lego machine makes and throws paper airplanes



This full automated Lego Mindstorms project is basically a paper airplane assembly line. Not only does it start with a regular sheet of paper, sending down the line for appropriate folds but when the completed airplane gets to the end of the line it gets launched.

So you locked your keys in your car? Smash the window



I`m sure this has happened to everyone, or at least you know someone this has happened to. So you locked your keys in the car, you have a hammer, simple fix right? Well not for these guys, that`s one stubborn Volvo, maybe they should have tried dynamite first.

Watch how this "Terminator" hand improves one man`s life



This is Nigel Ackland, and unfortunately he lost his arm in an accident six years ago. Nigel got fitted for with a Bebionic3 prosthetic hand around 4 months ago and as you can tell it has improved his life by orders of magnitude. Just watch the intricate tasks this hand is capable of performing, he can ties shoelaces, deal cards, make coffee and of course give you the finger if need be.

Shocker: Electric fences can hurt



This shouldn`t come as any surprise but grabbing hold of any electric fence can be a shocking experience. Watch as 3 well insulated people are then accompanied by an uninsulated 4th, completing the circuit with some not so surprising results. Shocking!
