Watch: driving a go-kart on the street is illegal

This one`s from Australia. newsnine reports:

"Footage uploaded online shows the man hooning along Narellan Rd before slamming on the brakes and spinning out of control to avoid running a red light."

Bemused drivers caught the incident on camera.
"If the cops get wind of him he's gone," one woman is heard saying in the video.
"He has his work boots on," another passenger says. "He's on his way to work."
