Parting shots of NASA`s GRAIL moon mission

NASA`s GRAIL mission is now over, but on December 17 2012 the Ebb spacecraft took a series of shots that have been stitched together before it`s dramatic crash into a lunar mountain near the moon`s northern pole.

From NASA:

Three days prior to its planned impact on a lunar mountain, mission controllers activated the camera aboard one of NASA's GRAIL twins to take some final photos from lunar orbit.
